Do you feel a deep need to slow down and reconnect with yourself in a safe and supportive space?

This breathwork session invites you to gently land in your body, release tension, and recharge through the power of your breath. You’ll be guided through simple breathing techniques and somatic tools designed to support nervous system regulation and inner balance, suitable for all levels, with no prior experience required.

Most of the session takes place lying down, giving your body full permission to rest and receive. You’re always welcome to adapt the practice to your needs, pause when needed, and tune into your own rhythm.

The intention is to create a soft, open space rooted in care and self-compassion; a place where you can reconnect with your inner world, let go of what no longer serves, and feel held just as you are.

What to expect:

  • A gentle awareness exercise with body scan to ground and arrive.

  • Three/ Four breath techniques to regulate, restore, and reconnect.

  • A closing guided meditation to help integrate and anchor your energy.

About the facilitator

My name is Sirius (they/them), and I’m the founder of SiriusBreath&Mind. I’m a certified breathwork instructor with a Master’s degree in Social Psychology, and an additional training in hypnotherapy. My work centers around the mind-body connection and is deeply influenced by my own lived experience of navigating neurodivergence, healing, and the search for internal safety. I’m passionate about creating soft, honest spaces where people can come as they are and leave feeling a little more grounded, connected, and resourced. Reconnecting with yourself, one breath at a time.
